The Bristol-Burlington Health District will host a flu clinic on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Burlington Town Hall.
What to Bring
Please print, complete, and sign one of the consent forms provided and bring it with you to the clinic, along with your insurance card.
No insurance? No problem! Individuals without health insurance may still receive a flu vaccine.
