Adult Coed Soccer - Adult Coed Soccer-- SPRING (April-June) A great way for adults to stay active, meet new friends, and play soccer!The purpose of the Adult Soccer Program is not only to promote and encourage adult participation in a sport, but also to provide a means of social fellowship in a recreational setting. To achieve these goals, the following guidelines are important to everyone.
Soccer shoes and shin guards are a must! NO SHIN GUARDS – No Soccer!
Good Sportsmanship is paramount in this program
No profane language
Teams will be allowed to begin a game with fewer than eleven players if necessary, but must have a minimum of seven
All players must play a minimum of fifteen minutes during each game they attend
The duration of the game shall be two equal periods of 45 minutes, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon
The games will be played in accordance with current FIFA Rules of Play
No slide tackles allowed
Only those persons who are registered may participate

MPower Youth Running - MPower Youth Running Modeled after popular Couch-to-5k plans, MPower's training program is designed for all levels of runners. We concentrate on proper form and pacing while we build endurance through a combination of running drills, games, and core strength exercises. Our program culminates with the optional running of the Celebrate! West Hartford 5k on June 8th. Youth will train for the 5k road race over the course of 7-weeks. This is a non-competitive program with emphasis placed on each runner striving for their personal best and encouraging others to do the same. The program is specifically designed to allow both experienced experienced runners and novices to experience success.Important Note: The race registration fee is not included in the program fee.What Kids Need to Bring:

Includes warm-up, toning, stretching, weight training and cardiovascular routines.
Continuous movement combined with wide variety of music is fun for all
Cardio segments incorporate moves especially designed for all ages and fitness and intensity levels.
Have fun, burn calories and reduce stress while you tone and tighten
Exercise mat or towel and hand weights are recommended.
Classes will be held in either the Town Hall Auditorium or Senior Center depending on schedule.

Dance is such a fun environment to be in. It's a place to be you, be silly, meet new friends and have fun!!. Students will be learning a variety of dance routines during Hip Hop and will be learning lots of awesome and fun gymnastics skills during gymnastics. - Students should wear dance/gymnastic attire, bare feet & a ponytail - Both age groups' classes are gymnastics and hip-hop only. - Students need to have their hair pulled back and out of their face. - Please bring a water bottle and use the restroom prior to the start of class. - Parents/guardians will have to wait in the hallway while class is in session-Parents if your child won't be in class, please let Miss Jenna know VIA text-Parents, Miss Jenna has other classes she needs to get to after your child's class, so please be on time for pick up.
