These sessions will offer young athletes an opportunity to focus on and improve their agility, balance, and coordination to prepare for their sports seasons. We'll introduce proper form and technique to exercise and conditioning drills. Athletes in grades 4-8 will have the chance to compete against themselves and each other during our sessions.
Participants need to wear sneakers and bring water.
