 Stroke Development (30 Minutes)
This is for children who have passed Level 2 or can do Level 2 exit skills.
Swimmers ready for level 3 are already comfortable in the water and can do basic freestyle and backstroke
Level 3 participants learn to:
- Refining strokes
- Build endurance
- Introduce new strokes; including breaststroke and butterfly
- Mastery of freestyle and backstroke
- Bi-lateral breathing
- Diving into deep water
Registrants must be 4 years or older |
