Instructor: Red Cross Staff
For Students ages 11 - 15 years
- Learn the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants.
- Develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe, help children behave, and learn about basic child care and first aid.
- Parents will need to sign child in and out at the start and end of the program.
- Minimum of 10 participants required to offer class
- Maximum of 12 participants
- Participants should bring lunch and a snack to the program.
Release Time
We've noticed that this program may end (45 minutes or less) early, if students are focused and stay on task. In the event that your child does not have a cell phone, we have phones available for them to use to call you.
