YES! Getting FIT can happen! This course offers instruction in a combination of overall toning, strenthening, and cardio with moves commonly used in a wide range of fitness programs such as cardio kickboxing, circuit, boot camp and more; all while moving to the beat of music! Class formats will start with a warm-up and end with stretching each week, but will also vary in content so you won't get bored on your journey to total fitness!
Bring a mat and hand weights.
