Line of different sized kettle bells
Join Mr. Callahan (Wellness teacher in Region 10 for 17 years) in a fun and challenging workout. Many of the exercises will be new and activity/sport focused for all seasons. This will be a great way to get back into the swing of school and meet peers with similar interests. Please bring a hand towel (to wipe your sweat), a water bottle and a positive mental attitude!
